What are my payment options?

Please note that all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. If you wish to pay for your order via Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer simply email us your order details and we will send you the instructions for payment. If you pay for your order with a credit card issued outside of Canada, your bank may charge you a small foreign merchant transaction fee at time of billing. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

How are international orders placed?

International orders (outside the U.S. and Canada) can be placed through our secure shopping cart. Each order is reviewed on an individual basis and may require further verification before processing. Certain products that we do carry may be restricted for importation into certain countries so please email us with your order to see if we can ship to you. International shipments may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the average shipping time?

Delivery times vary greatly depending on the country of destination. All other orders are normally delivered within 5-15 business days after the mailing date; however, we do ask that you please allow 30 days before contacting us about a shipment. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we may hold your order for up to 90 days until re-stock arrives. If a delay is anticipated, your remaining order will ship with a notice of delay, and we will ship the outstanding goods at no extra cost when we receive them. We make every effort to have your shipment arrive at its destination on time but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incomplete/incorrect postal information.

What is your refund policy?

Please note that all sales are final. Shipments returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or refused entry by customs may be subject to a $25 restocking charge and return shipping costs. We cannot process a refund if a shipment is seized, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information entered. Refunds will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened in their original factory-sealed container within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please contact us for return shipping instructions as returning items to the wrong location will result in a delay of your refund.
