Shipping Terms

World Anti-Aging Store processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing. If there are concerns about service times or you wish to receive your products on a particular date, please be sure to place your order at least five weeks in advance to avoid receiving your shipment late. We will ship all orders standard by either UPS, USPS, Canada Post or Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. Normal delivery periods are between 5-15 business days. However, we do ask that you please allow 30 days before contacting us about a shipment.

Orders with multiple items may ship from different warehouses. Thus, if you order from various manufacturers such as Life Extension, Longevity Plus, and Profound Products, the items may ship separately and you may receive packages on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping costs for multiple packages sent on one order. You will only be charged once, when your order is placed.

Before the arrival of your order you should receive a shipping note via email. This states the number of packages you will receive, their contents and when they were sent. Whether you receive a tracking number or not depends on warehouse location, size of order, or type of product ordered. If tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

United States

Canada

FREE shipping is provided on all orders OVER $250 (excluding taxes). All orders UNDER $250 (excluding taxes) will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $10. Additional shipping fees may be added to orders that have products originating from more than one warehouse. Orders shipped to Canada are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your order, you will be contacted by us prior to shipping. Shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer. Certain products that we do carry may be restricted for importation by the Canadian government.

International

All orders will be charged a minimum shipping fee of $40. Additional shipping fees may be added to orders that have products originating from more than one warehouse. Orders shipped internationally are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. If this is the case with your order, you will be contacted by us prior to shipping. Certain products that we do carry may be restricted for importation into certain countries so please email us with your order to see if we can ship to you. International shipments may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination. All additional charges and customs clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Shipments returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or refused entry by customs may be subject to a $25 restocking charge and return shipping costs. We cannot process a refund if a shipment is seized, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect address information entered. Refunds will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened in their original factory-sealed container within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please contact us for return shipping instructions as returning items to the wrong location will result in a delay of your refund.
